UserVoice
Product feedback management software for growing SaaS companies. A single, centralized product feedback solution that gives you everything you need to gather, aggregate, analyze, and follow through on feedback from customers and internal teams.
In a universe not entirely unlike our own, there are two remarkable services – Olark and UserVoice – both seemingly created to help humans talk to humans. They both specialize in the art of communication, offering the opportunity for live chats and feedback loops that keep companies in touch with their ever-demanding customers. They allow businesses to customize their interfaces and integrate with tools, making the whole affair seem almost magical – though not in the way of intergalactic hitchhiking, mind you.

Now, Olark is a service from the year 2011, with its roots firmly planted in the good ol' U.S. of A. It's a bit like having a friendly, chatty companion ready to assist customers with live interactions, offering automated bots and personalized messages to keep the ball rolling smoothly. Olark’s whole purpose seems to be less about pondering the meaning of life and more about solving customer problems right here, right now, with a handy real-time response system.

On the other hand, UserVoice, which came into existence three years earlier in 2008 (and also calls the U.S. home), is something of a philosopher compared to Olark's practical friend. Rather than focusing on live chat, it’s more about gathering feedback, letting customers vote on features and creating a roadmap for improving the product. It's a bit like a cosmic survey, asking your users what they want, then delivering it – assuming they don’t ask for the ability to travel through time, of course.
